Blanca Juana Gómez Morera
LLYC México CEO
She is the CEO for LLYC México. Communications specialist and journalist from Universidad Iberoamericana, she has nearly 30 years of experience in media.
She was CEO of Expansión Publishing at Grupo Expansión and general director of the audiovisual production company Expansión Films. Previously, she was general director of Media Marketing Knowledge Group. She has contributed to building content brands in various formats, from magazines, video, and audio to lectures.
Currently, she is a consultant in strategic partnerships, reputation management, and communication platforms, is training to become an independent board member, and is one of the most recognized voices on gender and business issues in Mexico. She is a member of the IWF and in 2023 she launched Buena Banda, the podcast featuring the Best Women in Mexico.

Claudia Jañez
Executive President at ConMéxico, Independent Board Member
Mexican business leader with over 25 years of experience in global companies such as DuPont, General Electric, PepsiCo, and Ford, and first female president of DuPont Latin America. She is currently the Executive President of ConMéxico, the main Council of the consumer products industry in Mexico, and an independent board member for América Móvil, Grupo Industrial Saltillo, IDEAL, HSBC México, and the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores). Her background includes Law with honors, a specialization in commerce, and a master's degree in administration, as well as diplomas in negotiation and corporate governance from Harvard and IPADE. She is the author of Autoestima Profesional (Professional Self-Esteem). Recognized by Forbes, Expansión, and Fortune, she promotes diversity and inclusion in business and public sector policies.

Fernando Valenzuela
Founder Edlatam Alliance
Fernando Valenzuela is an influential leader in educational technology in Latin America, recognized as a global visionary of the year by Edtech Digest 2022. With over 30 years of experience, he has driven large-scale transformation at the intersection of technology and learning, leading global businesses at HP and Cengage, and advising governments, universities, and venture capital.
Currently, he leads Edlatam Alliance, the most connected EdTech ecosystem in the region, operating in over 25 countries. His work aligns pedagogy, technology, capital, and data to create scalable systems. As a Venture Partner at Emerge, he helps organizations achieve measurable impact, standing out for his ability to "translate" between founders and ministers, investors and educators, and AI specialists and educational designers.

Maca Rotter
CEO Panadería Licensing & Marketing
CEO of La Panadería Licensing & Marketing, holds a B.A. in International Relations (ITESM-CCM) and specializations from Instituto de Empresa and Harvard Business School. She served as Managing Director at Televisa Consumer Products (2000-2017), leading strategies for global brands like "El Chavo del Ocho".
In 2017, she founded LA PANADERIA, and in 2019, created ARENA ESPORTS GG; she's now part of ESPMX Latam. She's consistently named one of the 100 most influential women in business (Expansión) and one of the 20 most influential globally (LICENSE! Magazine). An international lecturer and author of "The Ten Commandments of Licensing," she was inducted into the Licensing International Hall of Fame in 2024 as the youngest Latina woman.

Marlene Gras
International Education Consultant
International Education Consultant, founder and director of TierraED. She collaborates on projects with various entities (companies, research centers, organizations) to design and advise on educational programs and policies that create safe, meaningful, dynamic, and inclusive learning environments.
She specializes in active teaching methodologies such as project-based learning, STEM Education, Socio-Emotional Education, regenerative education, and mindfulness in educational settings, among others, and has carried out and participated in various publications.
She studied Education and Development at Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, and holds a Master's Degree in International Education from Stockholm University, in addition to another Master's Degree in Educational Innovation for Sustainability by the UMA. She is a member of the Red MuXED.

Mónica Flores
President ManpowerGroup Latin America
Actuary and master in Business Management and Philosophy. As President of ManpowerGroup Latin America, she leads operations in 18 countries, with a staff of more than 3,700 employees and over 100,000 outsourced employees. She was the first woman President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (2017-2019). Independent board member of educational and business institutions.
She has been consistently recognized as one of the most influential businesswomen in Mexico and Latin America by publications such as Forbes, Expansión, Líderes Mexicanos, and Bloomberg. She has received distinctions from the Mexican Senate, the Women Economic Forum, and The International Parliament of Education. Doctor Honoris Causa (2024) and Secretary General of Coparmex 2025-2026. She is an author and co-author of several books and a columnist.
